A. Dismantling services included
- press software back up (CLC Sercos, ABB PLC, section and console PC etc.) - press to be under power prior start dismantling
- mechanical and electrical dismantling + marking all cables etc.
- packaging of the press parts including supply of packaging materials (woods, wooden pallets etc.)
- preparing of the parts for container loading
- printing units separation in 2 parts of 19-20 tons each piece.
- suplying lifting devices for printing units (locally manufactured according our design)
- supplying (locally) containers lashing materials as ratchet belts and other.

B. Rigging of the press parts:
- using local subcontractor for lowering and loading of the parts on containers
- hire and use of a crane 60-80 tons for containers loading ...10 days
- hire and use of forklift 3/7tons for 4 weeks
- hire and ise scissor lift for wotking on height for 4 weeks
- loading on containers of the press parts

C. Containers estimation for sea transport KBA Continent - customer charge:

- 10(ten) Open Top Containers 40' to load in each one half Printing Unit of 14 tons + 1 splicer and/or chill rolls and other parts and accessories up to 21-22 tons acc. Sea Forwarder request/weight limitation
- half printing tower dimensions L=3.4m x l=2.25m x H=2.65m, weight =14tons
- splicer dims L=3.0m x l=1.7m x H= 2.50m, weight 3.5-4.0 tons
- chill rolls stands of 4.5-5.0 tons each
- other parts and accessories up to 21-22 tons
- Sea Forwarder shall supply extended tarpaulins for covering of the parts - for 10 containers (+50cm)

- 1(one) 40' Open Top container for folder base and accessories transport, to load inside up to 21- 22 tons in total
- extended tarps +40cm to be supllied by Sea Forwarder

- 5-6(five-six) 40' High Cube containers for other parts loading (cabinets, console, platforming etc.)

- 1(one) SPARE 40' HC container for press ancillaries... to be confirmed later on.

Remarks reg transport:
- Sea Forwarder to supply for Open Top containers necessary extended tarpaulins to cover the parts.
- containers to load sitting on the ground level (unloading empty and loading full of the containers are in the Sea Forwarder charge)

Total Cost 76,000 Euro

D.. Unloading and lifting to position of the parts in Italy - customer charge
- we will supply assistance during unloading, if requested

E. Reinstallation as existing configuration one level 5 towers, 1 folder and 5 splicers in 90 degrees, of the press in Italy
- mechanical and electrical reinstallation of the press
- suplly pf CAD drawing of the press according Italy premises
- reloading where necessary of the press software
- start up of the press in Italy with our assistance and customer complete printing team
- Siscom team assistance and help for white paper papassage and printing test up 5 webs (Customer to supply complete printing team for operating and adjusting the press)
- supply of lifting devices for lifting the parts in position (Printing Units lifting devices, heavy duty transport trolleys, hydraulic jacks etc).

F. PRICE OFFERS
1. Dismantling and reinstallation as detailed to chapter A and E ...... 300 000 Euro
Included in the price:
- mechanical and electrical services for dismantling and reinstallation as above detailed
- removing from press control of the chillroll shaftless control system for 2 paper webs
- packaging materials supply in Reunion (woods, pallets, plastic foil etc)
- lashing on containers services including supply of the materials as ratchet belts, nails, woods etc.
- locally manufacturing of the lifting devices in Reunion acc. Siscom design
- trasport of the team and tools to/from Italy
- hotel and food during reinstallation in Italy of the Siscom team 11-12 weeks
- suplly of lifting for lifting in Italy + special rigging equipment during installation as lifting slings and chains, heavy duty trolleys 24/48 tons capacity, hydraulic jack 10tons etc.

Not included in the price:
- team and tools transport by airplane go/back from Reunion
- hotel and food during dismantling and loading in Reunion 34 - 37 days
- local transport of the Siscom team in Reunion
- Reunion work permit and Visa support, if necessary
- export documents and taxes for press export from Reunion and import in EEC
- press repairs, modification, cleaning, roller change and adjustement etc.
- press power supply modification to achieve Europe/Italy power supply standard 240/400 VAC - 50Hz, if necessary
- extraction from concrete floor, reinstallation and reconfiguration of the splicer paper reel transport system.
- modification and/or upgrading of the press control system

2. Estimated rigging cost for loading in Reunion as detailed to chapter C .... 35 000 - 43 000 Euro
- including local subcontractor (hire and use of lifting equipment) and Siscom services assistanve for rigging
Remark: price is subject to press and premises inspection

3. Estimated unloading from containers and lifting to position in Italy: 40 000 - 45 000 Euro
Including:
- services for unloading from containers by using local subcontractor (hire and use of crane, forklift etc.)
- transport and lifting to position of the parts
- Siscom to supply lifting devices, and services for lifting to final position (trollyes, jacks etc.)
Remark: price is subject to premises inspection

G. Offer general remarks:
- price does not include VAT and other taxes if applicable
- price does not include dryer dismantling and scrap in Reunion (including removal of steel structure support, of applicable)
- price does not include press external services disconnection in Reunion: gas, electricity air etc.
- external services supply and connection in Italy are in the customer supply
